New Games Have you ever heard of Carpet Ball or Box Hockey?These are some awesome new self serve games hand crafted by the Cedar Grove staff.We cannot wait for you to try them out.Seriously, you will get hooked and play them for hours!In addition to these games, we have also added Corn Hole, the game that is taking the nation by storm.With all these new games plus tetherball, disc golf, horseshoes, basketball, ping-pong and volleyball, there is something to do for everyone here at Cedar Grove Retreat. Completion The new basketball court and the expansion of the paintball field are now officially complete thanks to Blaise Baptist Church! During the last weekend in March, youth pastor Ken Furches brought in his youth group to complete the projects. The Blaise Baptist youth did an outstanding job! With the new U-shape design of the paintball field and the brand new basketball court, every campers experience here at Cedar Grove will definitely be enhanced. It's A Girl! Camp Director Tim Caskey and his wife Bonnie welcomed their daughter Regan Faith into the world on December 7, 2007. She was 6lbs. 2oz. and 19.5 inches long. "She is doing great and is growing too fast!" You are sure to see Reagan running around camp before you know it.

Paintball Field Expansion The paintball field of Cedar Grove is growing from 5,000 square feet to 12,500 square feet. The field will continue to be a speed course, and upon completion will have a unique U shaped design that will add a whole new level of fun and difficulty to the course. For those who prefer to stay outside the net the observation area complete with picnic tables is in the middle of the U and provides a great view of all the excitement.

Cedar Grove RetreatHoop It Up Basketball anyone? The installation of the brand new outdoor basketball court will be completed in March of ‘08. The 60'X80' court will be a great addition to the campus. We look forward to many years of memories being made both on and off the court.

New Meeting Space Coming In the spring of 2008 construction will wrap up on the new chapel at Cedar Grove. The distinctive tent will seat up to 120 people, but will also be comfortable for smaller groups. For those who have visited Cedar Grove Retreat in the past this will be a great change. Lakeview Hall will now serve as the dining hall and the Tent will be an excellent meeting space complete with a stage, sound system, and flat screen televisions.
